Hendrick Acquires Parker Precision

Carbondale, PA May 5th 2009 – Hendrick Capital LLC, an affiliate of Hendrick Manufacturing Co., has completed its acquisition of Parker Precision Products, Co. of Orange NJ. Parker is a leading manufacturer of Perforating and Specialty Punches, and Plastic Injector Pins in the US. Parker will be operated as a standalone company. Bob Romanowski of Hendrick Manufacturing has been named as the General Manager of Parker.
